"This is noticeable an old hotel and not-well maintained. The location is really not that great but the biggest problem is that there is a lot of going on in the hotel at any point of time, too noisy. the walls wont stop any noise, very difficult to sleep. The receptionist Lili, NOT so friendly, wont resolve any issues. They charge you extra for the use of credit card, WHERE CLEARLY in Mexico that is the establishment's responsibility to take. I think I wont stay in this hotel ever."

"This is strictly a rental property with no fancy touches. The TVs didn’t work when we got there, they did fix them a week later but were hung from the ceiling so it was hard to watch and very grainy. The “couch” when we got there was a futon bed frame with a lumpy mess of foam, very disgusting. They did bring a new one in a week later though. The BBQ was filthy but when I mentioned it she had someone come over and clean it. It should be thrown out along with a lot of other junk in the back area....

"Our family of four had a great time, the apartment was very clean and comfortable. We could access the pool through the balcony and the community is neat and peaceful. The beach (Bucerias) is a short drive away. Overall a nice affordable place to stay."
