Quiet place to stay in a very noisy part of downtown Vancouver. Right in the heart of the shopping district. Beds are really comfortable, great service. Only surprise was a 200 per night deposit required for prepaid rooms.

Access to the pool was very unorganized—needed a second card that wasn’t issued. Couldn’t see account or checkout on the TV. Shower diverter missing a setscrew. Lobby Christmas decorations and flowers were amazing!

This place is yes, expensive. What you get is something like you would expect at a world class hotel. By the way there is one more thing. I have no idea who makes their mattresses, but they are simply the most comfortable beds you can find ... outside Europe. Centrally located for walking to everywhere. The only downer is they have demand pricing so weekends are more expensive. So be it.

Loved the Christmas decor! We had a lovely renovated room. Bed was comfy and they had L’Occitane products in the bathroom. The shower pressure wasn’t great but that’s fine. Highly recommend! Close to shopping and amenities.
