Excellent, cozy hotel tucked into a little alleyway. The hosts are incredibly friendly and nice and helpful. Conveniently located a five minute walk from Piazzale Roma, which is where many of the airport shuttle bus services drop off. The room was nice, the bed was very comfy and the AC worked great. We will definitely try to stay here again if we ever return to Venice.

The host was very friendly and gave great tips and recommendations for food and transportation. Breakfast was delicious and all the staff were very attentive. The only downside was the a/c which was on full blast and couldn’t be adjusted. Otherwise the location and service was perfect.

Romano the owner is super helpful explaining transports systems, best places to eat and general info on Venice. Super cute B&B with decent breakfast choices all made fresh each day. Ideal location right in the heart of Venice. Made it easy to walk all around the island. Easy walk from the train station. Spacious room for a family of four.
