We stayed for three nights. A fantastic hotel perfectly located on the Grand Canal to explore Venice. A water bus stop is right outside to give eady access to St Marks Square, Rialto Bridge etc. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful and the room was lovely.

Beautiful rooms, good bathroom, comfortable beds, nice sheets, cozy. We also got an upgrade and it was really amazing. Hotel is otherwise pretty basic but nice. Vaporetto’s stop is right in front of the hotel, which is really convenient, especially if you have luggage. Breakfast was good. Area around the hotel was quite dark at night, not good to go out. But location was otherwise very nice during the day, close to everything. I would go back and I would recommend it.

This hotel is perfect with the MOST friendliest staff. Luigi helped us so much and gave us tips and places to go even passes to get to the terrace with an amazing view. Everyone there was so friendly. The breakfast is great. We had a canal view room it was so stunning. The private water taxis took us everywhere and were very prompt. We did the trip to Murano as well. Great drinks at the bar! So perfect and again Luigi is the man!

Great hotel and staff. So we learned the hard way there is no parking in Venice or at this hotel as advertised. The parking is at the terminal where you get a water taxi to all hotels. Easy but if you don’t know, you don’t know. Pro tip the casino on the island of Venice is a broke down scam. Don’t waste your money thinking you are going to a glamorous James Bond casino. Most basement games have more character, charm and service than this place.

Great location. San’Angelo stop just next door so very easy access to both train station and airport. Main sites within 20 minutes walk. Large rooms. Only bad is the shower water flows into the floor and breakfast just okay.

My passport was stolen and staff members informed me that I could travel back to US with the police report. The police told me the same. Yet I was rejected at the airport and after traveling to the airport had to take a train to Milan and spend two days getting an emergency passport at the American embassy. The staff should know how to advise people who have this problem. We were greatly inconvenienced financially and timewise.

This hotel was wonderful. Only a short walk to restaurants and shopping,and many sights to explore. Loved the bar on site to have a drink at the end of the day while watching activity on the grand canal. The breakfast was delicious and the garden area was beautiful and, and meal staff was very attentive. The hotel check in and out was easy and the front desk staff was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Water bus right out the front of the hotel. Definitely plan to stay here next time we visit Venice!
