"The accomodation is very central and location really is great. The actual apartment is very decieving on the images and it really is not a great space. This is not a hotel which we knew, but just to clarify that for any future tenants. There is no lift and the entrance lobby and stairs are really dirty and difficult for a family or older visitors. The description and appliances are not all as per the listing. We had issues with the hob on our first night and the customer service with Hotels.com...
