"Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional! Having enjoyed several all-inclusive holidays in the past, we can confidently say this one stands out as the best by far. The variety of food options was simply incredible—there was so much to choose from that we were spoiled for choice! From an abundance of healthy dishes to excellent vegetarian options, every meal was a delight. Our room was immaculate, chic, and beautifully decorated, with a spacious and modern bathroom that exceeded our expectations. Housekeeping ensured our room was spotless every day, always adding a personal touch with their care and attentiveness. The restaurants provided top-notch service alongside an impressive selection of dishes. Every meal felt like a special occasion, leaving us consistently impressed. The hotel’s location by the sea was breathtaking. Sipping expertly crafted cocktails on the beach while enjoying the serene views was an absolute highlight. The pizza and burger station added a fun and convenient touch that we absolutely loved. If we could give this hotel more than 10 stars, we absolutely would! We're already planning to explore another Mitsis hotel in the future, thanks to this unforgettable experience. A heartfelt thank-you to the entire team for making our stay so remarkable. "Although we had a great stay at Mitsis selection Laguna when booking this I booked a bungalow sea view , i felt I was cheated on the room rate because we ended up with a garden view / children play area , and looked nothing like what was advertised on the website . We queried this at reception which we were offered another room but to another garden view so it wasn’t worth the upheaval of our belongings but the receptionist took a contact number if an upgrade became available he would call us. Never got a call . At the end of our holiday we learnt that another couple got a free upgrade to a bungalow sea view with Jazzi because they weren’t happy with their view either so I was really disappointed that the cost of garden view room rate is less than what we paid for . apart from this we can’t fault the hotel , all staff were lovely and attentive food and drinks were great too "

"Beautiful resort with super friendly and helpful staff. The water park looks amazing for kids (and adults too). Plenty of areas for adults to relax too. Only improvement is Netflix needs to be added to the TVs in bedrooms, the existing selection of mainly news channels is awful "

"We had an amazing time in the hotel. Thanks to all the staff for making it great. The facilities are wonderful. The views are outstanding, especially at night. I love the cabanas at the beach. They have different foods each night in the buffet restaurants. The food is great with a wide range to suit everyone. Feels everything in the hotel is done with thought, and care for the well-being of the guests. We checked in really late at night with Manus at the desk to assist us with the check-in. He welcomed us with warm smile. He was super helpful and gave us something to eat knowing we came to the hotel after a long flight. That was a warm welcome. We entered the room with amazing views at the balcony. They have made the holiday and the whole experience special for me and my partner. Thank you again! "

"Just had 5 nights at this hotel (late October) and it was wonderful. Busy enough to feel part of something, quiet enough so that there were no queues at all for food (which was plentiful, varied and delicious) and plenty of space in every area (poolside, restaurants, etc). Room was comfy, pools were lovely (if a little cold), sun loungers were plentiful, staff were great (my daughter and I did sunset yoga every day - bliss) and only a 25 minute taxi ride from Heraklion Airport. Deserves every one of it's 4 stars."

"Lovely hotel, main pool quite busy but the private beach was amazing with great beach bar and chilled music. We avoided the buffet and had incredible food at both the Cretan restaurant for breakfast and dinner and the Italian for dinner. Charming staff, just needs a minor rethink in bathroom as shower was narrow due to placement of soap holder. Overall a fantastic experience and would highly recommend and return "

"Loved the private pool and attractive landscaping. Gal at reception was a complete delight and very helpful during our stay. Food wasn't fabulous quality but the buffet selection was tremendous. Walkable distance to town, maybe 15-20 mins "
