Great dining options and a nice touch that the buffet breakfast staff would remember our preferred choice of drinks every day. The daily free hotel shuttle to sites around the city made our visit very convenient."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast buffet was great. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and though the service was a little slow, the servers were very nice and the food was great. Our flight arrived outside of the free shuttle but the paid limo pickup was great. The driver and hotel staff came to pick us up so checkin was very quick and smooth. We were able to use the free shuttle for drop off so that was very convenient & free. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing. The only thing i wasn’t aware of was the bathroom/shower situation. We normally can re use our towels & need minimal housekeeping help. But because the bathroom showers were very close to the toilets & somewhat “open” , not fully enclosed. The bathrooms got really wet & we needed housekeeping to replace the towels daily. That’s my only complaint since in the US we’re used to having the showers totally separate from the rest of the bathroom. We were in the 2 bedroom penthouse on the 21st floor which had amazing views if the beach. "

"The staff was incredible! Even though we only stayed one night, they upgraded our room and prepared a spa room for us to shower after we checked out before we took a night bus. Very comfortable hotel as well!"

"We spent two nights here before and after our cruise in Ha Long Bay. The staff was very attentive and helped us book taxi service, spa treatments, etc. Breakfast was very good with excellence service. We definitely recommend spending time at this hotel."
