"The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful but the room service doesn’t always respect the do not disturb sign and will not only walk in (more than once) whether you’re still in bed or in the shower but will insist to ask to clean the room even when you say no. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the experience, amenities, site, etc. Was excellent. "

"Despite our stay starting with a havoc caused by the fire on the neighboring farm (not the hotel's fault), it turned into a very pleasant experience with the hotel personnel at all levels trying hard to mitigate any negative experience we might have had, even without us asking. The room was cleaned from ash blown in by the wind from the fire immediately, and, as soon as it became possible, we were upgraded to a room with beach views and farther away from the fire affected area. Staff on the property all are extremely polite and accommodating. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning stay in this area. A lot of tours available in the area, amazing dining options, and very warm local people will add extra positive notes to your enjoyment of the beach."

"We had an excellent stay! The staff was personable and helpful. Assisted with laundry and super accommodating. About 15 mins from downtown which was perfect for us. The hot spot beaches if interested Balos, etc are a little of a drive but totally doable we got up early and spent the day and then finished the evening near the hotel. 10/10 recommend! "

"Exactly what it is called, Cretan Dream. We wanted to stay somewhere with a pool, as we have been at the beach for many weeks everyday, so we decided we wanted for a couple days to stay at a hotel with a nice pool and a bar beside the pool, as we love to enjoy cocktails all day and night. The hotel was like being at the sea, because all you had to do was lean on the edge of this enormous pool and enjoy the view. One of, if not the best hotels in Crete and we have been to many. We did not have a car, but everything was within a couple kilometres at night to enjoy, so we took a taxi everywhere, 8-10 euros. Great restaurant with of course the sea view and the breakfast, was amazing also. Was my wife and just me, couldn’t ask for a better romantic experience overlooking the sea. "
