"Spent a couple of nights there in a junior suite. In the 21st floor well out of the way of city traffic noise. Place was clean, tidy and comfortable. The bathroom could do with a refresh though and the TV a bit basic. Would stay again as it was reasonably priced, very close to major shopping and restaurants and the staff very nice and helpful."

They did warn us to email our ID's prior to coming to speed up the process, I did not. I have no idea why they have to have our id's for so long. The wait was long for this tired traveler, but again, that is on me, they warned me, but still strange to me, since I travel VERY often and have never had this happen."
