"Reception staff were adequate and not as friendly and welcoming as other places. Restaurant manager and waiter plus the barmen Liam and Abdul were great and especially the Irish chef in the restaurant, he was just fantastic. Carpets in the hallway and rooms need to be replaced and it is oils feel more like a 4 star. "

"A lovely hotel with friendly and accomodating staff. The safe wasnt working in my room and they sent someone up straight away. Unfortunately, it was broken and they moved me to another (better) room. I needed an adaptor which Abdel very kindly helped me with. Breakfast was average and not many vegetarian options - the hash browns and mushrooms were not well cooked. A really pleasant stay and I would definitely come back. "

"Really pleased with our decision to stay at Made in Louise. It is a charming small hotel just outside the centre of the city but very accessible. We used an Uber to get to and from the Eurostar station but used the trams and buses while there. The nearest stop is just a 5 minute walk away. The hotel is situated on a quiet street in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a huge bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities were not available in the room but freely available...

"Absolutely lovely little boutique hotel! Rooms are spacious with great Nordic style decor and extremely clean. The bed was comfy and there were lots of little extras in the room. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that but were given a complimentary drink on arrival which was a nice touch! Would highly recommend staying here 😊"
