"The 2 nights at the hotel were pleasant, hotel was down a lane and a bit awkward to get to but nice and quiet. Staff were great but let down by the shortcomings of the computer system in the restaurant and bar. The room we had was ok, bathroom was very small and tired. The Bedroom was ok, could do with cleaning the window frames more regularly though. Otherwise bed was comfortable enough. Didnt use the Spa or pool. "

"I had a great stay here. I checked in late in the day however staff still showed great support welcoming me. My room was very clean and was decorated beautifully. The room had a great tea and coffee station and the bathroom featured a selection on lovely shower products. "

"Booked 1 night for a business stop over in the area . Parking is charged by an app and was £15 for 24 hours. The check in was seamless and very efficient .I was given my key to the Goodwood suite . There was a lounge kitchen diner . The kitchen had all the amenities you would need a hob a dual power microwave a fridge and dishwasher. The bedroom also had a TV . And the bathroom was well equipped with a powerful rain shower. The main event was the views . You are only 100 metres from Chester...

"Lovely place, friendly staff and excellent location Unfortunately the wall between rooms was so thin I could hear every moment of my neighbour all night. Also the pillows are terrible- made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. I appreciate you can’t do anything about the soundproofing in such a lovely old building but the pillows are a very cheep easy fix Would stay again but not whilst working! "
