"I am staying at The Cumberland Hotel for four days, and I’m so happy with my choice. On 14th February, I arrived with my mother, who traveled from China for my graduation. We were deeply touched by Janhvi’s warm service. Despite the busy Valentine’s Day and the hotel’s 800-room capacity, she arranged a perfect room and even decorated it with a special message welcoming my mother and congratulating me. It was a heartwarming surprise! The service has been excellent—housekeeping is prompt, the restaurant food is delicious, and all staff are professional. Huge thanks to Janhvi for making our visit so memorable. Highly recommended!"

"we stayed here for 2 nights with our 8 yr old boy who didnt want to leave. a fantastic hotel who's staff are brilliant, they cant do enough for you. we will definitely come back a short walk to Vauxhall underground or a lovely walk along the thames to Westminster taking in the sights of big ben and houses of Parliament. hotel has a pool and spa which we used and couldnt recommend more. can't wait to come back!!!"
