"The property is incredibly well located, just a few steps from the Farringdon station which could be easily reached from anywhere in central London in about 15 minutes or so, the area is very walkable and there are many good options to have breakfast, lunch or even a fancy dinner. The apartment definitively needs work, the coach is ripped and cover with blankets to "disguise" the ripped area. "Family and friend gathering. 9 adults over 50 years old. We enjoyed being on the Themes and spent our time outside. The house is not meant for that many adults even though it has 5 bedrooms. Many of the beds were too short and one room is clearly a children’s room. The place needs some TLC on furniture, rugs, beds (sag in middle) and outdoor cleanliness…lots of spider webs. But that also adds to the charm. Things to note. One room has up and down steps to bathroom and a very narrow opening. We...
