"Hospitality was excellent, breakfast was good (continental and boil-your-own-eggs), dinner was good, and I was made to feel very welcome. I was disappointed that my "mountain view" room was at the back of the hotel, overlooking houses and gardens. I advise checking directly with the hotel to make sure you get the view you're expecting."

"By far the best hotel and spa in the Wengen and Lauterbrunnen. The staff and the hotel director Nebojsa Rikic did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. The restaurant was great with an amazing view of the snowy mountains. Hotel has an excellent spa with 3 different saunas and hammam. "

"Literally the best, most spectacular views of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Location is a bit tricky, as you have to take a train up from Lauterbrunnen then walk about 6-7 minutes up and down hill to get there,. But it is entirely worth it once Interlacken and other points by train. Also, this hotel has a wonderful breakfast, with a wide selection of meats, fruits, cheese, breads and cereals.
