"The stay was good but lots of room for improvements on the inside of the room. It was comfortable but could see outside under the door. The sink faucet needs CLR to clean the spout. When we turn it on it sprayed everywhere. Shower was great. Bed was so so but had a descent night sleep."

"Bravo, we had an amazing stay at the Rosen with top notch service and delicious dinner options. Convenient to everything, we didn't even need to take our car. The local bus routes got us every where we were looking to go. Rosen staff was soooo helpful, we couldn't have been given better customer service. We'll be back for sure! "

"I enjoyed the kindliness and professionalism of the staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Though I did notice one of the light bulbs in the lamp would periodically flash very bright, and I couldn't figure out why. It's probably just a random electrical issue that needs to be worked out quickly. Otherwise no issues"

"Nice place, very clean. The curtain rod in bathroom was in need of repair, it was only partially repaired. The furniture in the room had issues and there was no in-room coffee maker or microwave which I am fairly certain were advertised ammenities. I also would have liked protein breakfast. They only have cereal and bagels."

"It is a quiet and comfortable place to stay for a few days. It's the second time I've stayed here, but this time I got the rooms on the second floor and I didn't like them very much because they have fewer amenities nor coffee maker. I would stay again but on the ground floor."

Unfortunately, it was like slow motion and the gentleman behind the desk was not organized which created a substantial line at the check out desk plus others waiting to purchase marketplace items also pulled his attention away from what he was supposed to be working on. He was also begin pulled away and attempting to multi-task by answering phone calls as well. So my start was not a good one. ...

"We had a great experience at the monumental hotel in Orlando. Staff was great. Rooms were clean. They were easy to change our room when the shower wasn’t working great. It’s got a pool and hot tub. Plenty of parking spaces."
