"I had the pleasure of staying at No.15 by GuestHouse in Bath, and while it was just for one night, the experience left a lasting impression. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making us feel right at home. Although we didn’t get the chance to fully explore the hotel’s facilities, the hospitality alone made our stay exceptional. After checking out, we planned to explore the city and asked if we could leave our luggage behind, as it would have been too much to carry around. Without hesitation, the staff happily accommodated our request, assuring us that we could return at any time to collect it. Their genuine kindness and helpfulness truly stood out. If you're looking for a stay in Bath where thoughtful service and hospitality take center stage, No.15 by GuestHouse is an excellent choice. I would love to return for a longer stay in the future!"

"Clean and modern. Not the best area, just a little out of the city, but the staff were very good and the breakfast was surprisingly good quality. Parking is wildly expensive, even with the discount, but there aren't many good alternatives. "

"Our stay was lovely. The hotel was very comfortable, from the quality of sheets to the scent of soap, all of the little things were very well done. Hotel Indigo was close to everything we wanted to do and we had a wonderful time."

"Booked in here after a bad stay at another hotel (where we checked out early) and it was fantastic. The reception team were amazing and said we could have our room at 12pm which was 3 hours before scheduled check in. We actually got a room we didn’t like at first and they swapped it instantly no problems asked. We had a check in call a few hours after checking in and the breakfast team went out of their way to make us feel looked after. This is a dog friendly hotel and our doggos had a lovely relaxing stay. We always stay regularly with marriot so have come to expect this type of great service. Will be back very soon!"
