"I love the location, convenience and atmosphere - quiet, beautiful garden setting with spa setting in back. Only draw back is the room was not well-lit. Overhead lights, designed for two bulbs, only had one. We asked for another bulb, maintenance was sent. At first he said he did not have the "tools" to replace bulb. DUH. We showed him they covers come off by hand turning a small know. He then said he did not have authorization to add a second bulb. Seemed a little petty to scrimp on the bulb...

Lovely landscaping made for beautiful outdoor spaces to lie in a hammock, sit by the water, etc. Our room was clean and nice, but the bathroom and sheets could have been better. "This stunning villa is undoubtedly one of the top three places we've ever stayed! We absolutely loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. Alejandro, Enrique, and Anika were outstanding hosts, going above and beyond to assist us with transportation to the lake. While the journey to Lake Atitlan can be challenging and dangerous, the mesmerizing view and the luxurious villa made the adventurous journey worth it. The villa was absolutely lovely!
