"Lovely, quiet, peaceful location. Lovely place to stop staff very friendly and helpful and food was fantastic. The room very clean and tidy had a great view of the countryside and the sheep and horses in the field next door."

Breakfast was self service which for hot food was no better than say a Premier Inn breakfast, which was disappointing for this type of hotel. My room was quite a distance from reception and I had to traverse intermediate stairs that might be an issue for less ambulant persons. "
