There was ads upon ads on their social media about all the benifits but when I went to the concierge I was denied and all because I didn’t book directly through them. I understand that they have to make their money but after spending 700.00 on my room and another 600.00 between food and a little bit of gambling I felt like I was taken advantage of. "Had previously stayed here under the former Mount Blue name. New Bally's ownership had great costumer service. Everyone was quick and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The rooms are quite too. You could barely hear the other guests. Also pet friendly. That's always a plus for us when traveling. "

"Check in was quick and easy , room was nice with a great view of lake Tahoe. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good ,but the price was a little high. 13.00 for a bloody mary, it was very good though."
