"The property is advertised as 11 and 15. If you get the 11 - you are renting the 11 bedroom side of the property whose entrance is 1 level lower than the street level and it is essentially the lower 3 floors. The 4 bedroom part is the top 2 levels and the entrance is at the street level. If you are confused - wait until you rent the whole property (15 bedrooms). It is truly an amazing property. Not the best in terms of construction and it shows in the alignment of doors, windows, toilets etc...

"Felt like i was in my "home away from home". This house is perfect for family vacations and even multiple families. It easily sleept 8 people as stated, with plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was loaded with everything you may need, plus more. Hot tub was clean, hot and ready to go when we arrived. The sauna in the downstairs bathroom was amazing!!! So healing, I took at least one sauna each day we were there. Beautiful view from the outside deck. It was so quiet and peaceful drinking...

"Reunion with 18. Plenty of beds and even one room to spare. Nice to be close to the beach. Enjoyed the deck and BBQ. The cooler and brand new beach chairs were a plus!"

The views were amazing of the water. The property was very clean and offered lots of room for oir guests. "

"Overall we had a great stay. Plenty of room for our family of five - 3 kids. The game room was fun and bedrooms were nice. Kitchen was pretty sparse - no salt and pepper - especially for an house this price. And when the street was plowed they blocked in our car which was really frustrating. Great location. "
