"The room was great. The bedroom heater stopped working but the front desk gave me a portable heater that worked great. They fixed it right up the next day. The views were fantastic and having a kitchen available helped create some memorable moments without having to go out. "

"My check in was fine. Another guest came in with his dog, little old thing that was well behaved, the guest was looking for coffee. I also asked for some coffee, the counter person said there was coffee in the room, but gave me some anyway. Good thing as there was NO coffee in the room. The room smelled so very bad of dirty wet dog. I turned on the fan, I left the door open, the window was already open, but the stink was really bad and seemed to be coming out of the heat system. "The property is beautifully situated and landscaped. Our river view room had a gorgeous, unobstructed view of the Columbia River and a very nice deck to view it from. One word of caution- some rooms are much noisier than others based on proximity to the highway; we complained and were moved to another room. Other than that caveat, I would highly recommend the Astoria Crest Hotel!"
