"It was okay "

"Nice place to stay. Spacious rooms but not very comfortable furniture or bed. The floor was pretty noisy, kids running around. No one answered the phone when we called down to the front desk. We tried 3 separate times. Only one person working the desk with about 10-15 people in line. Not efficient. "

"we would like to commend the coffee cafe and restaurant staff working on 12/24-12/26. The friendliest, most courteous and competent. It was Christmas AM and even though they were missing their holiday with family and friends,they couldn’t have been more cheerful!! we loved the costumes as well. Also commend the desk staff who were most accommodating!"

"Real good property. The staff was excellent, no matter what question we asked, they were always available and happy to help. We liked the seating options around the lobby to gather for conversations, share a pizza etc rather than going up to rooms. Exercise room and equipment was excellent.The only negative we had was the free breakfast buffet. We couldn't cut into the pancakes and tried a couple of other options and then walked over to one of several good nearby restaurants and "on the go"...
