"Such a gem! Loved my stay here! Friendly, warm, welcoming staff, from the front desk to the bar! Loved my room! The decor, design, loved it all! I initially booked the wrong date by accident, but the staff(Ola) was kind enough to change it for me without penalty! And for that I am forever thankful and will book a stay here again! Enjoyed the food and drinks at the restaurant and the hospitality! See you guys soon! "

"Room was all redone and in great condition. Bed linens were deluxe. No disappointments here. "

"We arrived after midnight (which I had given notice to the hotel), and was happy to have been welcomed by the person at the desk. The room was great, very roomy. The floor was quiet. There were a few things I will say is that needs attention are as follows: the coffee maker wouldn’t work. It would turn on but not brew the keurig cups provided. There were no coffee cups, only plastic cups. The table lamp’s switch was missing. My husband figured out how to turn it on. Other than that, it was a nice stay. I would recommend staying here."

"This hotel has the old world charm and grace of being fancy without being off-putting. Beautiful lobby and lobby bar/restaurants. The personnel are all very happy at their jobs (or so they seem) and it shows through in their interactions. Thomasine was very pleasant on check in, Hayley was great at the bar."
