"It was not our first time at this property. We loved the space and location of the hotel but the service this trip was lacking. Housekeeping was extremely minimal- they barely touched our room. We had to ask each day for coffee and towels over a 3 day stay as they were never refilled. Glassware was never cleaned despite the room having a kitchenette. This was disappointing. Considering the hotel offers no amenities like a pool or restaurant or bar I would expect more in this area. "

"My husband and I stay here every time we have a medical appointment at Cedar Sinai. We love this hotel. The property is beautiful, the staff is courteous and professional, and the restaurant is wonderful. We love the rooms. We've stayed in all different sized rooms, from the standard sized to the suites that are poolside. We love them all. "

"Great hotel! Staff was great, and everything was clean. However, the only downside is that while in a convenient location, since it is on a busy street, the drop-off area near the entrance is always congested and the valet, while great, are always juggling a lot of things.
