"We stayed here for the Super Bowl. Checked in on Saturday and left Tuesday. The location was absolutely amazing because it’s so close to everything. The French Quarter is so diverse and if you want to party on Bourbon it’s a short walk. This hotel is a great place to stay if you’re visiting New Orleans. "

"Lamothe House is located in a historic building with a super quaint courtyard style. Overall, if you've stayed at a Motel 6 and can handle it, you can handle this. Everything feels clean, but visually, it doesn’t quite match up, so mentally prepare for that. For the price and location, it can’t be beat. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. "This hotel would be a five star if certain furniture would be updated, there were chairs in the rooms that were stained /soiled to the point we had to put towels to use them. Loved the technology in the room, the bed was very comfortable, the staff was great - it was hard to drag our suitcases because there were no ramps, only stairs in certain areas. "
