"My room, 313, was spacious ans I loved that it was at the end of the corridor. However, as roomy as the space was, it had NO closet. The door to, what I presumed ahould have been the closet, had an extrs-large HVAC within it AND a significant unfurnished ceiling. Pipes, wires, open drywall were exposed. Not the visual I was hoping to see when I looked for a closet. Overall, not a twrrible stay!"

"Very pleasant. Staff were wonderful. We did upgrade when getting there so we can use the club lounge. I would have enjoyed it the lounge more if it was stocked. I asked the staff if I they could restock the drinks she said yes but never got stocked. I waited for 15 minutes then finally just went downstairs and bought a drink from Starbucks. Checked back later still only thing drink was milks and coffee style drinks. The room was clean . All and all wonderful stay."
