"The facility is very old and the kitchen cabinets were metal with chipped paint and rust falling. I want comfortable storing food and eating supplies. The location, services, and my stay was comfortable. I just wish the price wasn't inflated due to the holiday. I've been visiting this hotel since it's beginning as the Navy Lodge. "

"We had a premium king room and I loved that it was on the street with a “balcony” window to open up to watch the parade. We have been to New Orleans over a dozen times since 2018 and have stayed at multiple hotels throughout the city. We always enjoy being in the quarter during carnival and the Inn on Ursuline will be added to the top of our list. You can’t beat the price for a room this nice in this location. "This was our #4 stay for Mardi Gras at the Convention Center property. Staff is so friendly, breakfast buffet is excellent, lobby offers fruit infused water, king cake & popcorn. Property is very clean & well maintained. Makes for a good home away from home after a day (or night) of parading, eating, hanging in the Quarter, etc. Hope we get to enjoy this property again next year."

"This was perfectly located for mardi gra. I loved being able to walk back to my room whenever I wanted! You had to have a wrist band to enter the building which was great in my opinion. It felt safe that way. The staff was so incredibly friendly! Tangela at check in and Elizabeth at the bar really stuck out to me. Several others were just as nice but I never caught their name. I will definitely be returning to New Orleans and hope to be able to stay here again! "
