"From the moment I checked in, and found I had left my mobile in the taxi, the staff were wonderful. The hotel is in a quiet area (I stayed over the weekend) but within walking distance of Hamburg’s wonderful public transport system and close to the Rathaus (15 minutes walk). Breakfast (included) was good, varied and catered to most tastes - not sure about the organic cornflakes though. As I travelled by myself, I would have liked an evening food option at the hotel but plenty of alternatives nearby. I elected for a late check out - 4pm - which was a very reasonable €20."
