"Over all the hotel was great the only one thing I didn't like is the pressure the staff gives you to buy there vacation packages they offer us free breakfast and it was a seminar to have us buy their vacation package at last they told us to pay for breakfast because we were not interested on buying anything from them that was very rude from their part. "this is an older property but has been kept clean and well. service was excellent but their restaurant was pricey. We didn't have an impression of pushy sales people for the timeshare thing. In fact they never even bothered to ask us but noticed the first day that it was a time share. We love the cave pool and felt like we didn't have to go outside of the hotel. I was impressed the female trainer for the hawk would come out to the pool area for the families to experience! Should be called El Cid...
