"I stayed a few nights at this hotel. As a five star hotel, this property meets the expectation of cleaness. The room setting is a bit out of date but it still works well in general. I particularly liked the bathroom layout -- it is larger than most hotel room bathroom by seperating toilet from shower/bath tub. The hotel staffs are good in general. However, I had a bad experience with one front desk staff -- Frank Fang. When I need to use the business center for a printing, I asked him where...

"Amazing 5 star hotel with everything we could have asked for. Very
luxury
floors and lobby however rooms weren't as good as the rest of the hotel but still beautiful. Housekeeping is very helpful and makes sure the room is spotless. However some slight issues is that the toilet wasn't great as it would constantly get blocked and wouldn't flush and out tap over the sink was bent sideways plus the nearest metro station was 1.5km away .Kevin Guo was very helpful."

"I think this was the best stay in the whole China trip for me. I enjoyed the place, shower & bath, comfortable bed, breakfast, and hospitality staff. The location was a bit distanced from the station but taxi makes a big difference to come back here. I wish Japanese restaurant was open but I enjoyed the Chinese restaurant at Sofitel as well. "

"The hotel was excellent. Located in a very good location. The pool was nice had a sauna. The gym was Lso very good. The room was spacious and very convinient.
