"Absolutely loved the stay. Their room service scotch fillet steak is really good and cooked to perfection. The pool and spa is always clean. But i wish they had a mixed gender sauna as i would have liked to use it with my girlfriend. Apart from that small thing everything was perfect."

"Great location, easy access to public transport and Sea Life Centre. After checking in we identified an issue with our aircon. This was quickly checked and determined that it couldn't be fixed. Duty manager's Michael and Alex were wonderful in changing our room, providing a room upgrade as well as complimentary drinks. We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and it was good. Apartments were well appointed and we loved the balcony and views across to Southbank. Our son loved the indoor pool which was great for a cool off after a busy day. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Good price, great location if you’re planning on hitting the town for the night. The superior view room was one of if not the best view I’ve ever had of the city scape. Had some trouble adjusting to the train lines being so close the first night but settled in the second night. "

"The novotel was clean and tidy, rooms are compact but fine for a night or two. After hours room service menu was very limited. I needed milk for a baby at 9pm and no convenience store open or nearby. The staff provided a small UHT milk. Shoping and restaurants very close. No hotel parking but you can park in the DFO parking for a fee of $50 however, makes the stay expensive "
