"A large hotel set in its own grounds. We had a comfortable double room on the ground floor. It was a bright room with a bay window looking out onto the courtyard and across to stables bar. We had breakfast included and it was self service, there was a large choice of cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt. You could help yourself to a continental or full English. "A good central place to stop. Just need usual awareness in city centres. Good facilities but compact space. No tea/coffee facilities in the room but cafes and cheap food places nearby. Good clean hotel. First stay but very enjoyable close to tram station also short walk to the train station. "
