"Just back from spending Christmas at the Iberostar Cancun. I have not one negative thing to say about this resort. Our room was kept spotless by housekeeping, the coffee is great, big pool, gorgeous beach, though the sea was a little rough when we were there, good food, good drinks, especially in the lobby bar, and smiling faces of the staff everywhere you look! I have never seen a spread like Chef Daniel and his culinary team put on for XMas eve, even at a Four Seasons - so much delicious...
