"The staff was super friendly and helpful.the room was exceptional. View was fantastic. We stayed 7 nights and used the roof top pool everyday and Copacabano Beach was just across the street. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and huge selection. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"I stayed in room 711. This room needs some minor PM work but the patio divider made it worth it. The room layout was fantastic and after we figured out how to set the water temperature on the walls next to the sink the showers were awesome. This isn't a USA 5 star hotel but still very nice. It just needs some TLC."

"Great hotel in a great location - clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower with good pressure. Breakfast was also great - weirdly they charge for coffee (Nespresso pods) they put in the room - rather put cheaper coffee in and don’t charge for it?"

"The staff was wonderful. The restaurant was excellent. Paulo, a bell man, was amazing. He always had a smile on his face and spoke English quite well.He knew everything about Rio and seemed more like a friend than a hotel employee."

"I give it 5 star rating. I was a woman travelling on my own from England and felt very safe. The reception on my arrival was very approachable, friendly and welcoming, very helpful. Anything you need to know just them at reception and the will help you with everything you need and more. My suite was beautiful, clean and fresh. Housekeeping everyday. There is a good choice at breakfast, continental, cereal and eggs and bacon. Door staff very helpful. Sauna and the hotels pool amazing.😀"

"The hotel is located close to the beach (about 2 blocks away) in the Leblon neighborhood. There are a number of restaurants and stores around the hotel, which is located on a shady street. The room we had was large and very comfortable. It has a nice breakfast buffet. I can recommend this hotel to those visiting Rio"

"We stayed in a regular room, everything was good but the AC. Not sure if it was because it was hot outside but AC was at 17° C and it felt like 23 C. A central metal piece of the window was loose and it make some noise as the AC was an old model and it shakes while it was working. Real highlight here is that everything else was fantastic. "
