"The first night was a nightmare since there was nobody in the hotel to receive us. After two trips of 18 kilometers (one way) from Marrakech to the hotel, we finally gave up and booked ourselves for the night in Marrakech. Two expensive telephone calls to Expedia offices in the USA did not help because they could not reach the hotel staff on telephone.
