"I booked Akasaka by mistake, thinking it was Asakusa. It's a little further from some of the tourist destinations in Asakusa and environs, but there is a WEALTH of dining options in the area, ranging from multiple convenience stores to a great dumpling and ramen place on the corner that's open from 11:00 am to 4:00 am, to a variety of very expensive and authentic-looking Japanese restaurants (clubs?) way beyond our reach. Lots of pedestrian traffic all day and night, feels very safe, subway 3...

"Great hotel, with wonderful staff. The hotel has everything you could possibly need to the point where you don’t need to venture outside. Only downside was the location wasn’t as walkable as other hotels and meant we relied on public transport to get to other parts of the city. Large selection of food and clean rooms. Staff also incredibly multilingual which was very helpful! "

"Overall a great hotel. Located right cross the street from the subway station. The room is quite spacious compared to similarly priced hotels in Tokyo. Clean, quiet, convenient. "

"The staff were friendly and the location is fairly quiet. The hotel was very clean and tidy. It’s a short walk to many dining options, and I loved the complimentary bottled tea at the lobby. It saved me many times after a long day and the (short) trek from the train station."

"It was a good stay. Friendly staff. Good breakfast, Tiny but comfortable rooms. (Put your luggage under bed, you will have more space to move around) You can walk to the nearest station but you can also get taxis on the street. Staff can also request taxi for you. Overall I liked it."
