Our completely renovated, brand-new furnished 4 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom house even allows groups of any size to live comfortably and lavishly! SLEEPS 12 ADULTS IN BEDS! Please Notify Host of additional guests, additional guests will not be a problem.

What a Great Family Home!
We had a mini Family Reunion in the Albany area so 10 of us stay at this spacious home. Plenty of sleeping capability and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. The back patio and fire pit was a real treat as the evening got cooler. Location was super as we had many flying into Albany Intl Airport. We had a great golf tournament at Frear Park Golf Course. With the foliage changing and nice weather - it was perfect! Thanks for letting us stay with you!

Clean, comfortable and safe
Sergio's home is in a safe neighborhood with almost no traffic. The home and yard were clean, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed our time there. Sergio checked in with us to make sure that everything was OK.

Graduation weekend
We rented this property for the weekend that my daughter graduated. The location of the house to her school was very convenient. We met Sergio at the house and he showed us around. He had some renters prior to us that did not take care of the house and he was in the process of fixing things that were broken. I would have liked to have known that before we got there so I could have asked if certain things were there. The house was comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family. Sergio made himself available if we needed anything during our stay. Since it was a busy weekend, we did not spend alot of time in the house. I left a note with some issues we had over the weekend with the house, Sergio appreciated this information.

Family gathering for Easter
The house was the perfect size for our large family gathering and Sergio went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Seems like the cleaning staff might have taken significant short cuts before we arrived because some of the floors were dirty, towels and lint left in the clothes dryer and upstairs bedroom not cleaned of trash. Sergio offered to have cleaning staff come the next day but it would not have been convenient for us. All in all, a great house for large groups, very responsive host and excellent location.
