"I had a great stay at this property! The place was spotlessly clean from top to bottom, which made settling in really easy. It’s a decent size, providing enough space to feel comfortable without being too large. The upgrades to the property were noticeable and added a nice modern touch.The only small issue was with the mattress covers/bed sheets – they could use a bit of attention, they were not changed from the previous stay as there were pet hair present on them. , . "My wife and I celebrate our wedding anniversary here. Very clean, great neighborhood, and not too far from anything you’d want to do in St. Augustine! Property manager communicated with us from Day 1 and the check in was very easy! Would stay here again!"

"This property had 2 positives. Location and it was clean. Sorta run down outside. No where to put anything down in bath room or bedroom. Pretty small in bath and bedroom. Heard lots of dogs barking in the place but luckily not at night much. Upstairs guest was really noisy at 3-4 am. So not a lot of sleep. Enjoyed the beach location. Parking was a bit of an issue. Hard to park and some guests were taking 2 spots. "
