Very modern renovation and great condition. The room was very clean and cozy. Thank you so much to the guy that stayed there all day at the front desk welcoming us with kindness and hospitality in the morning and so patiently waiting for us to come back and open the door for us at night. "The property is hidden from the Main Street but the ambience and service it provides is same as any top hotel chains. Rooms are quite spacious, clean, noise proof. Their breakfast has good collection and which includes ordering hot eggs and pancakes. "

"This is an old palace, it feels like in old movies 1800’s, there are 2 big courts inside the property, one of them has outdoor restaurant and it is so beautiful, it feels so unique. Staff is wonderful, they help you with everything you could ask for"

"Nice location that’s close to Plaza de Armas but not right on the plaza which helped it be a bit quieter. We had three separate stays in this hotel in between other activities. The first room we stayed in looked down into their outside dining area. It was a bit noisy in the mornings when breakfast started up. The walls were also somewhat thin and we could hear people clearly in the hallway. The other two rooms didn’t have this problem and were quieter. The property was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. They also stored our luggage for us while we went on a multi day trek. "
