"The garage is great especially on a snowy winter day. but the check in process was a big issue. We came around 7pm, which is within the timeline specified on Expedia. however, no one was there.. we tried to call and message, no response for 30mins. It was a snowy day and its dark and we haven't eaten. So we went to the only restaurant open in town to grab a bite while contacting Expedia for a solution. Expedia finally get in touch with the owner, however, we were demanded to go back to check...

"This hotel was really relaxing. Clean with beautiful views from the balcony. Only down side was the restricted menu for an evening meal (was out of season) but plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Electric sockets are non standard so wont except normal European plug changer so if you want to charge mobile or tablet etc it is a problem."

"We arrived late and were there for one night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a decent size and comfortable. Breakfast is included with the price and serving staff was very friendly. We missed the breakfast but staff was kind of enough to give us tea and water upon request. The area was nice. It’s near the mountains and perhaps people come here to go skiing. If I ever come back to the Aosta area I would consider coming back to this hotel. "

The hot tub/spa is 25 euros per person for 2 hours, honestly this is way too expensive and not clear on hotel listing. "Breakfast was amazing! The room was so cozy and the location was great. It was right on the corner so finding it was easy. Keep in mind there isn’t parking directly on site. It’s about 4 euro a night and the garage is about a 5 minute walk. I loved this hotel so much! We also took advantage of the hotels spa and it was wonderful!"

"The hotel respected all my expectation. The internal structure in wood gives you a sensation of heat and makes you feel good. The room is spacious and clean, the breakfast is rich and with good varieties, the staff is very kind and professional. The restaurant is good with excellent dishes. We also went to sauna which although is small is good. Since I skied, I had a private shuttles service from the hotel to the cable way. I hope to come back!"
