"The staff in general were great, really friendly and professional. Unfortunately we found a fake nail in our room and underneath the beds was disgusting - old food, socks, shoes and rubbish. When we brought it up with reception staff they gave us a drinks voucher while they had our whole room cleaned again and gave us a breakfast voucher for the next morning which we really appreciated."
