"This hotel is in a small village close to Hanoi airport. If you have an early morning flight, you should stay here. The rooms are clean, modern with everything you need got a comfortable stay. The owners can arrange airport transport, make dinner, etc. "

I don't understand if the construction is. Lt finished or what, but my room didn't have glass in two little windows in the bathroom and in the room itself, fortunately this was a cold night so there weren't any mosquitoes. A wall was unpainted or it was fallen into pieces due to a sort of humidity."

"What an amazing hotel with beyond-excellent staff! They just opened a few months ago and the room is spotless. Wonderful breakfast spread and nice Thai food at the Thai restaurant for lunch or dinner (it is a Thai chain of hotels). The best part of the hotel is the most polite, accommodating, and friendly staff I have met! Do have a chat with concierge Nellie, she is super knowledgeable, speaks well and have the best customer service mindset any employer would be blessed to have.
Location wise, there is not much to see around the hotel, but you can catch a taxi or GRAB (Asian “Uber”) to Old Quarters or anywhere. Great views from the rooftop pool which unfortunately I did not have time to use.

"Highly recommend if you’re looking for a luxury hotel in the Old Quarter area. In preparation of my stay, a hotel staff reached out with food recommendations in the area. You can also ask them any questions you might have. The breakfast is amazing with a variety of options, from Western (pastries, pancakes/waffles, eggs, sausage/bacon) to Vietnamese food (pho and bahn mi) from 6:30-10am. If you have full day excursions planned that start early in the morning, you can still dine in for breakfast. Even if you opt out of room cleaning, they’ll check in to see if you need any items replenished. If you have time, book a full body massage at their in-house spa. Better than any spa you’ll find in the area! "
