Neighborhood
Our proximity to a small airport offers the occasional sight of puddle-jumper planes adding to the charm of the area. The quiet neighborhood is very walkable. There are two playgrounds and pickleball in walking distance with EV chargers in the parking area. Just a little further and you can enjoy ice cream, mini golf, and snack bar.

Guest access
You'll have the whole house to explore, except the garage and one basement closet used for storage. Please do not leave small children unattended, especially in the utility/laundry area or pool area.

Great house for our family!
We stayed here for our annual trip to Saratoga Springs (family of 6 adults and 2 teens). Typically, we stay closer to the Saratoga downtown area. This was about a 15-20 minute ride to the race track and to downtown restaurants. We had lots of room in the house and enjoyed the game room, grilling dinner out back, and sitting around a fire afterwards roasting marshmallows. The host communicated often and made sure our stay was great.

Perfect getaway!
Everything about this property was wonderful. The home has recently been updated and has everything you need at your fingertips- games, a grill, kitchen supplies. The host was very communicative and accommodating. It was a short drive to the racetrack and to restaurants/nightlife. Would definitely stay again if we return to Saratoga.

Throughly enjoyed our stay at the house. Very responsive and took a lot of effort in getting the house ready. Reasonable price point for Saratoga in the summer and would highly recommend.

Saratoga Weekend
The house looks just like photos - clean and comfortable. Sierra and Nick were very responsive hosts. There was a small issue with the pool that they had started to address even before we arrived. They had also left ingredients for smores for us to enjoy! Would definitely recommend

Gorgeous home in a great location!!!
Once you step inside, you feel as if you’ve walked into a peaceful new world. The indoor layout is spacious, and the decor is exceptional…very pleasing to the senses. Comfortable seating, soft wooden floors, quiet atmosphere, soothing colors, and much more. My husband and I have become accustomed to our sleep number bed, but were pleasantly surprised by our amazing nights rest on the King Size memory foam mattress & luxurious bedding in the master bedroom. My two boys (4 & 8) also commented on their peaceful nights rest. The downstairs game room was a family favorite. Endless possibilities for family memories to be made, with plenty to do inside and outside of this home. Within a five minute drive you have a large playground, 2 grocery stores, hardware store, nail salon, restaurants, a coffee shop, mini golf, ice cream stand, and much more. We all had a wonderful time & look forward to staying again.
