"My friend and I stayed this past weekend. The hotel staff was so nice with check in and any questions we had during our stay. We got a handicap accessible room due to having some health issues right now that require me to use a walker. The room was indeed accessible for myself. The room was clean and we enjoyed our stay there. We mentioned about maybe eventually going back because we enjoyed the room and hotel stay so much."
"Walking and uber/lyft distance to lots of places. Close to amtrak. Rooms were big.The concierge (i think his name is Tony) was the best!! He came and opened the door for me EVEN when I was getting out of my lyft! Only thing i wish they had was free breakfast. Read lots of negative comments about this hotel but im glad i stuck with my gut and went to experience it for myself. I had a great time. Will return again."

"I had a great stay. The staff both at check in and check out was pleasant. The room was spacious and clean with great amenities. Breakfast was also a plus. Will definitely stay again when in the Baltimore area"
"My pnly criticism is the Order In service. The food was delivered very late, poor quality, too expensive. The driver explained he coukd not find the entrance to the hotel. The card for the service was in the room with the Hampton Inn logo visible. I feel the hotel shoukd do something sbout this poor service. "

"Nice room. Clean and well supplied. Keurig works and the little packages with the sugar and powdered creamer have enough in them to actually get a decent first morning coffee.
Location obviously is great. Walking distance to everything.
The breakfast buffet at Bistro 300 was good. Plenty of fresh bread and English muffins that you toast yourself. The scrambled eggs actually looked and tasted good and they have some shredded cheddar cheese there and some ketchup if you like. The sliced potatoes with onions were very good. Bacon and 2 types of sausage were great and they had French toast. Fresh fruit was good, especially the strawberries which were very nice with a creamy maybe yogurt to put on them. Plenty of pastry as well.
Staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
The TV is huge and says that it has a Chromecast, which I thought would be great to look at the pictures and videos that I had taken with my phone but it didn't work.
One thing... The door makes a clicking noise just randomly. I thought maybe someone tried the handle the first time it happened. Just a single click, randomly every now and then. Makes me think maybe it happens when the elevator doors open and the air changes or something. It didn't really bother me but I was traveling alone. It would have drove my wife crazy lol.
Overall, I had a very good experience here "
