Fairmont in Banff

"My room heat was not working. They checked it but couldnt fix it so they gave us another room which was an upgrade with a jet tub. Very pleased with how they rook care of everything. We will return!!"

"We rented 2 bedroom condo and it was a good space, we enjoyed the fireplace and the firewood that smelled so nice. In the morning we had a surprise show from probably 100 elks."

"We stayed in a superior double room which was perfect for our family of 4, roomy enough for all our ski gear. Staff very accommodating when we asked for something. Nice large hot pool/tub which we enjoyed every night. Would stay here again. "

"The moose is excellent. Close enough to walk everywhere in Banff. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the rooftop hot tubs are awesome after a day on the mountain. Chlorine was a little strong this time.. but otherwise an amazing place to stay. Also a little pricey lol. "

"Only comment is that a waiter in 1888. His name is Corey is disreputable. He intentionally misheard entree and wine selections opting for the most expensive option available. I corrected him on the entre selection but he got me on the wine selection. I tried to order the house Cabernet but he took the wine list and asked which one and I ended up paying $32 each for my wife and I to have about 4 oz each of wine. He is deft but arrogant and if I was 25 years younger I would have confronted him. He should be fired. "
