The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive, and the hotel itself is in a great location. The room had everything we needed, and the infinity pool 360-degree rooftop views was an unexpected bonus. There was a fantastic little open-air restaurant just a few minutes' walk away with great food and drinks at exceptional prices. I would definitely recommend a stay at Chillax!

Excellent hotel - good value for money and in a lovely location! Close to the river and also grand place - but easy access to lots of other sights- compact but comfortable rooms great beds and all amenities you could need - really liked the rooftop pool. Staff were all amazing and extremely helpful and friendly. Great place.

Our 2nd stay in less than 2 weeks! Friendly and polite staff. I'd emailed them to ask if it was possible to have the same room, which they did! Enjoyable breakfast, good value. We were surprised that there were quite a few small children using the pool, as there was no shallow end, and its not a big pool. My husband ended up leaving the pool due to the amount of screaming from them! Not very chilled! It would be more appropriate for the hotel to be adults only. Nonetheless, we still had a great time.

Spent 5 nights at the Chillax Heritage, friendly staff. Very happy with hotel, exceeded my expectations. Large bed very comfortable. Air conditioning was brilliant! Only criticisms are that the bedrooom doors banged a bit (but nice and quiet apart from that), the shampoo/body lotion was virtually impossible to use, you had to keep shaking them! Not a lot of drawer space. We received 2 bottles of water each day. We had the breakfast for 4 days, very tasty, staff not quite as friendly there. Great location, walking distance to bars and restaurants. We had an issue with an external trip we had booked, the receptionist rang the company for us. Would stay here again.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The only thing is the bathroom in our room had a very musky smell to it but otherwise the rooms are nice. The pool was nice and swim up bar was convenient. I would recommend this hotel.
