"I enjoyed my stay. We did lose the AC for a couple of hours but communication was excellent and issue resolved same day. Unit definitely can use upgraded furniture BUT for the overall cost I would stay again. You get what you pay for. Close to everything and yes noisy...but being from NYC felt normal. Thank you guys! "This place was amazing. Not only was the property a taste of what local culture is like in San Juan, but the owners respond very quickly. It is between Condado and the airport so, Ubers were readily available at all times. Restaurants and local markets are near by they have essential cooking appliances for you to use if you choose to make your own food. They left us a bottle of wine and a nice letter. Overall great experience and I plan to come back. "

"Convenient location to beach access, restaraunts, shopping, Walgreens, super max market and close to airport as well a cruise ship ports. Stayed for 4 nights and did have a main water pipe break the first night, but was fixed the next day. Wifi didn't work until last 2 days of stay, but would deleting stay again due to the convenience of everything around it. It is located in town so it's quite noisy, but i think you'll get that in allot of places unless they're insulated better. "

"I appreciated the 60 plus page of instructions about the property. However, the checkin process is somewhat inconvenient. You have to leave your car on the road (which cops stopped and made my friend move the car) then use a code to get into the building, then register with security before going up to the room where another door pad code is needed to enter the room. Our doorpad did not work so we had to use an emergency lockbox to get an actual key to open the door. Then we gather the fey fob...

"The property is beautiful, just very cold inside. The atrium seems to be about 65° and the rooms dont really get warm. It is a great place to stay. The pool is clean and the hours are 6-11. There is a nice workout room, laundry facility and spa located at the property. If you are planning a stay to Puerto Rico. I highly suggest the Embassy...just request extra blankets if you are a bit cold blooded....lol"

"I love everything except that there is no signage about tou having access to the chairs at the beach we found out out last day. They have happy hour they tell you one drink per person but there is no consistency on keeping this policy. This is the reason why I gave them 3 starts on service. Breakfast amazing and people there we love them."

"Very beautiful property right on the beach. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, it really quiet here. It is out of the way though so be prepared to shop for the things you need, ie water and snacks. The onsite restaurant was ok. The staff is very slow so don't go there if you have somehwere you need to be or are in a hurry. The food is decent but not great. The bartenders at night were amazing though and the drinks are really tasty. Overall I'd recommend staying here unless you want to be in the city. Its a great place for a quiet vacation. Rent a car though as Uber gets pretty expensive from this place."
