"The breakfast was well worth the extra money. The reception staff was very helpful. We chose not to have our room cleaned but asked for clean towels. They did not bring them until our third request. The electricity in our friends' room didn't work. It was not turned on until late in the day, after it had been requested early in the morning. Evidently it only took a flip of a switch in the control room. We wish we had not been awakened in the middle of the night by a fire alarm, reportedly caused by a faulty fuse in the alarm system."

"The staff were all amazing and friendly. They looked after my young daughter when she fell and she loved the attention that she was given. The valet parking was exceptional as I needed to come and go several times a day. The food was absolutely incredible and look forward to staying again. "
