"This is a nice home situated in the hills of Berkeley. The layout is decent, with 2 bedrooms in the main area and 1 bedroom detached underneath. It was easy for our extended family to stay with 5 adults and 2 children. Only one shower / bath, which is a downside for a larger group. The views of the city are incredible, and we found ourselves sitting in the living room at night, looking out the expansive windows and taking it all in.
