"Loved this place. It’s incredibly safe and cozy for being off grid. I was a bit nervous being off grid, but this property has other guests that stay in their own buildings… it felt like a little village. The room itself was so comfortable, clean and exactly what we needed. There were TONS of stars at night and stunning sunrises in the morning. Could not recommend more. We will be back. "

We used to be RVers so we understand having to adjust to different situations. "This property was gorgeous! I worried we would be “roughing it” here but that wasn’t the case at all. It was clean and welcoming with satellite TV, cool AC and comfortable bedding. Plus a nice bathroom which is important. The view out the front porch can’t be beat! I love that they are dog friendly as we were traveling with our police dog. This was a quiet property and the other guests were all friendly. I hope to come back here one day soon. "

"The cabin is beautiful, modern with great views. We really enjoyed the cabin. I really hate to leave any type of a bad review for this place but I think you should know… We used the cabin as our base to go back and forth to Big Bend National Park and Terlingua. About a 45 minute drive total from the cabin. 30 minutes of the drive is off Hwy 118 to the cabin with 3 miles of it being an unpaved road that was like driving on a wash board, not very pleasant. So coming and going...
